My Favourite Falcon Jigsaw Puzzles for 2025
I love the new box design and Falcon using their green heritage colours.
Square boxes are always good, aren’t they?!
Some really great traditional puzzle artists here, including Trevor Mitchell, Janice Daughters and Marcello Corti.
Also, three new artists with more contemporary work, which is great to see.
Maybe for 2026, Falcon could have more creative names for the puzzles?!
Afternoon Puzzling

The Sewing Room

I think this is one of the most detailed puzzles Trevor has painted.
The number of people and the details on their faces is great.

This is actually Janice’s second puzzle for Falcon, but the first for many years. A lovely cottage set amongst even lovelier cottage garden flowers.
Question- is Ralphie Rabbit in there?

The Garden Centre

I haven’t seen Laura’s work before and she is a great addition to the puzzle artist community! I love those tiny details and splashes of colour. Tiny watering cans, spades and gloves!
I’m sure we will see more of Laura’s puzzle work soon.

The Hippodrome

The famous nightclub in Leicester Square, London. I love the nostalgic feel of this one with the moped and police ‘bobby’ about to make a telephone call. I’m not sure how safe that dog is though!
Upcycling Workshop

Juliana is another new artist to me, based in Bahrain. Quirky, modern and colourful.
A more contemporary style, and a really trending subject. This should draw in a new, younger puzzler for Falcon.
The Viewing Platform

I have written about Marcello before, so you know I love his work. This one is a little different—there is more technical work for the planes and less emphasis on his great people painting. Still, it’s a good one!
Walkies

Completing the trio of new artists is Becca Hall from the Lake District.
She studied in Manchester (a great city!) and has two border terriers. They must have been inspiration for this puzzle, although I have never seen so many well behaved dogs!
Wasgi Original 46 : Middle Aisle Madness
Finally, the latest Wasgij Original puzzle.
If you don’t know what a Wasgij puzzle is, it is a legendary series in which the picture on the box is not the puzzle.
