New Gibsons Jigsaw Puzzles 2025
What a great new
Some exciting new artists and I can see Gibsons have been working closely with them to develop their styles to make great jigsaw puzzles.
It’s great to see many artists whom I worked with still painting for Gibsons. Hello Trevor, Tony, Steve, Matthew, Andy, and of course Janice!

London Cityscape
500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by John Rooney
A new artist and a new type of puzzle from Gibsons – I love it!
Being Pen and ink, it gives the puzzlers distinct lines on the puzzle pieces which makes it easier to line up. It also allows vibrant colours and lots and lots of detail and ‘busyness’.
I’m expecting to see a lot more from this range in the future.
Which city will be next? Manchester?
Playtime Favourites
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Janice Daughters
A different type of jigsaw
Just to let you know a secret – the Clown Pelham puppet was Janice’s and together with her sister, they used to put on a puppet show for their parents every Christmas!
Her actual playtime favourite was the clockwork dancing prince and princess.
Available to buy here
Puddle Ducks & Paddling
500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Richard Macneil
I know this is going to be a future classic!
I love Richard’s colours and I have never seen so many people and animals in his jigsaws.
A real puzzler’s
The Puzzle of Dreams
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Katie Abey
Katie is a very different kind of artist for Gibsons. A real move forward to serve a very different, younger puzzler.
Which of these messages appeals to you?
Believe relentlessly in who you are becoming
I love this – always believe in yourself.
Final Days of War – 80th Anniversary of VE Day
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Steve Crisp
Gibsons always know how to commemorate special occasions.
Steve is a master at capturing people and atmospheres. I love the people on the top of the bus and of course, there is a Churchill bulldog too!
You can buy this future collector’s puzzle here.
Coastal Calling
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Kate Heiss
Kate is from Herts, UK, and is a new artist for Gibsons. I think she has made a great start. A montage of her work is clever, as her style isn’t a natural jigsaw fit with the flat skies etc.
However, combining her art with decorative borders that flow into the art is genius!
Jokesaws – Campsite Capers
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Andy Tudor
I remember meeting Andy (and Sarah – hello!) and he had already painted a couple of jigsaws which had done well but not caught on in the way I thought they deserved.
We talked about the painting a large scene which would have lots and lots of tiny scenes conatined within. Yeras later, I’m so glad they have now become jigsaw puzzles!
Available here.
Monarchs of England
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Mat Edwards
Mat is a very, very talented artist.
He is so adaptable that when I first worked with him, I thought he painted cartoons and had no idea he could paint historical figures with such detail and accuracy!
The puzzle is available here.
Mat has painted for the new version of the legendary Kingmaker game.
RSPB – Birdsong & Bluebells
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Val Goldfinch
Another A-Z classic from Val. I always marvel at the work Val puts into her paintings.
And yes, these are real paintings down to each individual painted letter!
You can see all the details for yourself here.
Summer in Cobblestone Village
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Thomas Kinkade
Ah, yes! This must be 20 years of Gibsons working with Thomas Kinkade?
I spotted his unmistakable style that long ago from an art magazine. His cottages and bridges haven’t aged at all!
Fairy Garden
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Barbara Anderson
Barbara is a new artist to Gibsons, and a good butterfly & flower theme to start with.
Did you spot the fairy?!
You can find here in the actual puzzle here.
Clearing Skies Over Tower Bridge
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Dominic Davison
I’ve actually been in this spot three times over the last few months. It’s always a glorious tourist attraction with a combination of traditional and contemporary architecture.
See The Shard on the other side of the river, to the right will be the Tower of London.
Available here
The Japanese Garden
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Janice Daughters
I think this is one of Janice’s most beautiful jigsaw puzzles. I love the Japanese water features and bonsai trees.
Somewhere in there, of course, will be Ralphie Rabbit!
You can try to find Ralphie for yourself here.
York Market
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Steve Crisp
Not a Shambles, but another Steve Crisp nostalgic classic.
Love the Chopper bike and the Flares!
Never see a Grifter bike from the 70s – why?
The Dovecote
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Debbie Cook
I always recognise Debbie’s paintings of happy children, cute dogs – but wait – no cats?!
Another ‘feel good’
Crafters Paradise
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Tony Ryan
Incredible ‘busyness’ again from one of my favourite puzzle artists.
Find all the craft you will ever need here!
Airshow Over Eastbourne
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Matthew Emeny
I’ve walked along this pier with a dear friend and ex Gibsons colleague.
We never saw these, though. I wish we had!
Lighting F-35B, Eurofighter Typhoon, Avro Lancaster, Supermarine Spitfire, Hawker Hurricane and the Red Arrows as part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Fiona Osbaldstone
A good
Every inch is filled with birds, boats, buildings or beer!
Natural Curiosities
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by The Art File
The Art File series has been really successful for Gibsons. Another reward for doing something different and making puzzles for a new audience.
This puzzle is now available here.
Terrys Waterways
4 x 500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Terry Harrison
I like to think of Terry as one of the original Gibsons artists.
Michael Gibson spent years at a Birmingham trade fair in the 90s trying to convince Terry to paint for Gibsons.
He became one of Gibsons most popular and loved artists ever.
Call the Vet
4 x 500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Trevor Mitchell
The annual Trevor Mitchell tradition continues with his legendary 4x500pc
This time, the vet visits all creatures great & small!
Filling Up for the Trip
636pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Trevor Mitchell
This reminds me of the classic Kevin Walsh filling up at the pumps painting.
No electric charging here!
RSPB – Birds of the Year
500pc circular Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Claire Comerford
There are never enough circular puzzles. It takes a special type of painting to make a circular puzzle look good and Claire Comerford and done a really good job here.
The detail is so good that I thought it was Val Goldfinch. A compliment to both artists of course!
Britain at War
500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Kevin Walsh
A classic Kevin Walsh Gibsons jigsaw
Celebrating Summer
500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Lleana Oakley
I thought this was Debbie Cook at first. A compliment to Lleanna for her first
A lovely dreamy scene – I always love tiny people in puzzles. It makes you look harder at the painting to discover what is going on.
You can buy Lleana’s first Gibsons puzzle here
Wings Over Portland
500pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Matthew Emeny
My wife and I were lucky enough to visit this lighthouse whilst staying in Weymouth.
Thank you Matthew for the memories!
Available as a limited edition giclee print here.
Gibsons Jigsaw Puzzles – from 2024
Below are four of my favourite Gibsons puzzles released last year.
These were my favourites back in 2023. I have more of my current Top Picks here.
Have you seen my review of Waterloo station and my own personal favorite
A Year in Great Britain
The latest in the series by Val Goldfinch. A slight departure from the 'alphabet', but a good idea as it has allowed Val much more freedom (finding something that started with 'z' was always a problem!)
Puzzle Festival
As you know, Tony Ryan is one of my favourite artists.
His latest puzzle features one of my favourite puzzle memories too - a jigsaw puzzle festival!
See my feature on Jigsaw puzzle festivals here.
Merry Midwives
This reminds me of the 'Call the Midwife' puzzles. I spent a whole weekend watching the brilliant first & second series on a DVD! I'm proud to say that I even designed both the puzzle and the packaging, sadly it is no longer available!
Portsmouth Flypast
What an amazing piece of art by Matthew Emeny! Possibly the most detailed puzzle painting I have ever seen. Great support for 'Help the Heroes'.
Read & see more on Matthew's website.
Some of my Favourite Gibsons 2024 jigsaw puzzles (and a game!)

Paddington Bear 500pc puzzle
Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
Classic Paddington Bear as he travels around London with his famous case and of course, his marmalade sandwich under his hat!
This reminds me a lot of taking my cousins to Buckingham Palace, as we definitely needed an umbrella!
Soleil
Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by The Art File
The Art File range by Gibsons is something really different. Expanding into this new area for them is very exciting and will hopefulyl bring a whole new audience to their quality puzzles.
Enchanted Christmas 2024 Ltd Edition
1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Janice Daughters
Gibsons Ltd. Edition Christmas
I love the gingerbread men around the birdhouse & the pug with his Christmas jacket!
A Christmas to Remember
4x500pc Gibsons Jigsaw puzzle
by Trevor Mitchell
Trevor is a legend of Gibsons puzzles!
His four in a box puzzles are always amongst the best sellers. I’m sure his TV appearance helped as it showed a real artist actually painting his puzzles on canvas rather than on screen.
My personal favourite of the four is the last one with the family gathering round to watch Morecambe & Wise on the telly!
Regent Street at Christmas
500XL Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Richard MacNeil
Ah – the famous Angel Christmas lights in London! When they are first lit, it means Christmas is on its way.
As always, Richard MacNeil brings his own unique ‘feel good’ style.
Santa’s Sweet Shop 1000pc Gibsons jigsaw puzzle
by Steve Crisp
Classic Steve Crisp with his overload of colourful detail!
I love the expression on the girl’s face, but I’m not too sure about the Christmas jumper!
Dingbats Game!
Gibsons Gamee
by Gibsons
Return of a classic game!
It is like the TV program ‘Catchphrase’ for those too young to remember the game when it was launched back in 1987.
Thanks Geoff! 😁🧩👍
Hi Matthew
It’s my absolute pleasure to be able to see your art! So glad you are still painting so many great puzzles for Gibsons!
Geoff
